15 Feb Leopard watching in Udawalawe National Park
In the past few weeks there have been many reports of leopard being seeing at Udawalawe National Park, this park which is well known for its Elephants that can be seen any time of the day and year, has something new to showcase. There has always been leopards in Udawalawe but they are very shy and hard to see due to the tall grassland habitat. Recently a pair of cubs around 10 months old have come out in the open are is seen regularly on a rocky outcrop. Our team is yet to get a shot of them (this image is of a mother and cub in Yala). Get away from the crowds of Yala and enjoy some great wildlife at Udawalawe National Park with our experts on the ground.
